Cylindroconic tanks (CCT) serve for the fermentation and ripening of beer wort.
Advantages:
smaller space requirements because the same tank is used for fermentation and aging of beer;
beer is not pumped during the production, thereby the risk of infection, unwanted contact with oxygen and CO2 loss is reduced

every tank in the cellar can be cooled to different temperature at the moment and the empty tanks are not cooled at all;
fermentation and aging of the beer is happening in optimal temperature, thanks to controlled cooling proces and that is beneficial on the quality and may also mean shorter production time
