Cylindroconic tanks (CCT) serve for the fermentation and ripening of beer wort.
Advantages:
- smaller space requirements because the same tank is used for fermentation and aging of beer;
- beer is not pumped during the production, thereby the risk of infection, unwanted contact with oxygen and CO2 loss is reduced

- every tank in the cellar can be cooled to different temperature at the moment and the empty tanks are not cooled at all;
- fermentation and aging of the beer is happening in optimal temperature, thanks to controlled cooling proces and that is beneficial on the quality and may also mean shorter production time
