Customer information is maintained in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as subsequently amended and supplemented. Any and all data obtained by DESTILA, s.r.o. from customers is used exclusively for internal use of the company and is not provided to third parties. DESTILA, s.r.o. uses personal data without the explicit consent of the customer exclusively and only to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, especially in Section 5(2)(b) and Section 5(6).
