DESTILA microbreweries produce 300 l -20 hl of beer in a single batch. Minibreweries are primarily designed for beer production in restaurants. That is why we place special emphasis on the design of the brewers in either stainless steel or classical copper versions.

The annual capacity of the brewery is determined by the volume of the brewer and the number of fermentation and lager tanks or CC tanks. Therefore, we can assemble your microbrewery according to your wishes and expand it if necessary.

The microbrewery is equipped with:

  • two vessel stainless steel brewhouse with electrolytic or steam heating system;
  • fermentation vessels, or tanks/lager  tanks for classic production or cylindroconomic tanks (CKT) in volume range according to performance of brew tanks;
  • all the necessary peripherals and accessories designed for the specific brewery.

Our minibreweries have been working reliably for many years in subtropical climates, the Arctic Circle, the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and in Siberia.

At the beginning of 2016, we had supplied over 50 microbreweries to 12 countries worldwide and more are being added each year.

Most of our microbreweries are supplied to Russia, but also Ukraine, Tajikistan, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Slovakia, Poland and, of course, the Czech Republic.

  • Composition and layout
    • Preparation of malt grist – dual-roll grinding mill, scales.
    • Dual-tank boiler block and wort cooling – wort mash pan with an integrated churner function, decanter, single-stage wort cooling, condenser, control panel, heating boiler, pump, temperature control, aeration cartridge.
    • Hot water management - hot water tank, hot water pump.
    • Yeast management - Vessel for non-pressurized, stable and cooled yeast, mobile dispensing pressure vessel.
    • Open fermentation vats or fermentation tanks or cylindroconical tanks, lager tanks + mobile pump.
    • Filtration and bottling tanks – beer filters, bottling (pressure) tanks.
    • Washing and filling KEG barrels - Semi-automatic KEG barrel dishwasher, manual KEG barrel filler.
    • Sanitation - CIP station (lye, acid), sanitation pump.
    • Compressor station – compressor, oil and moisture separator, microbial air filter, carbon filter.
    • Cooling, ice water preparation - cooling unit, propylene glycol coolant -4 ° C, evaporator, ice water tank, ice water pump.
    • Piping systems – stainless-steel piping (product), plastic piping (water, refrigerant), hoses, fittings, other connecting and mounting material.
    • Electrical installations - main switchboard, control panels for the individual devices, electric cables, other electrical material installations, control unit + control panel, possibility of semi-automatic or manual control of batch production process and beer fermentation.

  • Brewer fuel

    You can choose from several options:

    • Oil - oil is heated in an electrolytic boiler, which is located below the brewer platform or recessed below the brewer (used in brewers from 150 to 1 000 liters)
    • Steam - steam is produced in an electric or gas steam generator (used in brewers from 2 000 to 3 000 liters).
    • Direct flame-burning - the flame is provided by a gas burner placed directly below the brewer vessel (used in brewers from 150 to 300 liters).
  • Assembly and putting into operation
    We can put together a functional technological brewery unit for your needs. We actively cooperate with the designer of the building. Our technicians will prepare the most suitable layout of the vessels at your premises. We organize our own equipment delivery, assembly, putting into operation, servicing and staff training. We will perform an initial inspection of the supplied pressure vessels. All we need from the customer is to supply electricity and water.
  • Brewer design
    Depending on the style of the restaurant, the brewer can be made from stainless-steel or coated with copper. The equipment can be operated behind glass directly in the restaurant.
